Stagecoach bus driver strike, Barnsley and Rawmarsh depo's. Drivers belonging to union Unite will strike the following days.

Planned strike action in Barnsley by drivers at bus operator Stagecoach Yorkshire has been cancelled after an agreement was made over pay.
In addition, industrial action planned for Monday 30 November and Monday 7 December by drivers from the Rawmarsh depot has been suspended pending further talks.
Stagecoach buses in Sheffield and those operated by Stagecoach East Midlands in south Rotherham and Doncaster remain unaffected by any proposed industrial action.
Paul Lynch, managing director of Stagecoach Yorkshire, said: “We are pleased that the proposed strike action in the Barnsley area has been cancelled and that Rotherham drivers have suspended their planned action.
“We hope we will be able to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we will keep our customers up to date.”
27, November, 09 Barnsley strike, suspended. Stagecoach buses in Sheffield, Chesterfield and Worksop, East Midlands in south Rotherham and Doncaster, will run as normal and are unaffected.
School services will operate as normal.
19, November, 09 South Yorkshire, Barnsley, Rotherham, Dearne Valley and Doncaster. This time it's a Stagecoach bus driver strike, for three days all Monday's, 23, 30, November, 2009, and 7, December, 2009
Why:- Pay of course.
Stagecoach say's:-Substantial daytime service during any industrial action. All school services will be normal.
Stagecoach buses in Sheffield and those operated by Stagecoach East Midlands in south Rotherham and Doncaster are unaffected by the planned industrial action.
Bus drivers from rival company First have cancelled all proposed strike action in Sheffield after talks with management.
